Campus
The main campus of MCIE is located at level 2, 52-58 Chetwynd Street, West Melbourne, Victoria, 3003. This campus includes:
- Spacious modern style classrooms, fully equipped with whiteboards, data projectors, lighting, heating and cooling.
- Spacious computer lab with 26 computers offering free access to internet and email
- A student recreational area with kitchen facilities and plasma TV
- Library resources applicable to the training program being studied
The campus is centrally situated in Melbourne’s CBD and can be easily accessed via public transport.
Training kitchen
MCIE offers a state of the art training commercial kitchen located just a short walk away from the main campus.
This training kitchen has been purpose built to support the practical components of the Hospitality courses being delivered at MCIE.
The training kitchen is located at 644 Victoria Street, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051.

Student Welfare Coordinator
In order to assist you in making a smooth transition to your new surroundings, MCIE has a dedicated Student Welfare Coordinator.
The Student Welfare Coordinator can be contacted for any support students may need at any time.
In addition, all our teaching and administrative staff are always available to provide students with general advice and assistance.
